77sss FAQ – Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 77sss. This is a firm requirement and applies to all players in the Philippines. We take age verification seriously to ensure online gaming remains safe and responsible.

No. Each player is allowed only one account on 77sss. Creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, use the account recovery option on the Login page or contact our support team.

Log in to your account and navigate to your profile or account settings to update your details. Some changes — such as your registered mobile number — may require additional verification for security purposes. If you can't find the option you need, contact our support team for assistance.

On the Login page, use the account recovery option. Enter your registered mobile number, and you'll receive an OTP to verify your identity. From there you can set a new password. If you don't receive the OTP or encounter any other issue, reach out to our support team directly.

77sss supports Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions. You can fund your account via local bank transfers, online/mobile banking, and popular Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in PHP so there are no currency conversion surprises.

Most deposits are credited quickly once the transaction is confirmed on our end. Processing times can vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider. If your deposit hasn't reflected after a reasonable wait, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — bank transfer or e-wallet — enter the amount, and submit your request. Make sure your account has been verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal, as this is required for security and compliance purposes.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and whether your account verification is complete. Pending KYC documents, bank processing hours, or high withdrawal volumes can sometimes cause delays. Check your account status and ensure all required documents have been submitted. For unresolved delays, contact our support team directly.
